Simon works with ease in a relaxed atmosphere and instinctively knows exactly when you need to take a breath or have a short break. He never appears to be in a hurry but keeps within the appointment time. I find the work he’s done for me of superior quality. Simon is a dentist I am happy and Confident to visit. I’m always nervous when it comes to going to the dentist, and it is all too easy to put off a visit, especially when your teeth aren’t causing you any problems. I recently received treatment from Dr Simon Cottell at Horfield Dental Care. This was my first visit to the practice, which had been recommended to me when we moved to the area. The reception areas and treatment rooms are bright, airy and welcoming. Simon introduced himself and explained what he was going to do at the initial check-up. After the check-up I was told that I needed a couple of deep filings. Simon and his team are excellent. Simon explained everything in a calm methodical manner throughout the procedure, which really put me at ease. The procedure itself was virtually painless and I felt confident at all times that I was in safe professional hands. I honestly found the experience surprisingly relaxing, something I never thought I’d say about a trip to the dentist! I have not had any problems since my treatment and have no worries about returning for my next visit. I would have no reservation in recommending the practice to others.
