We’re BACK! (From the 8th June)

GREAT NEWS

You may be aware that an announcement was made on Thursday by the government and our Chief Dental Officer allowing us to open on Monday 8th June. This was a big surprise to us too!

In preparation for this day we have been very busy producing the new protocols and procedures required to maintain social distancing and keeping you and our team as safe as possible.

We have followed the official guidance and have invested heavily in enhanced PPE and protective equipment. Our clinical sessions have carefully been restructured to minimise contact between patients and ensure time for deep cleaning. We also have provisions in place for shielded and more clinically vulnerable patients that need to be seen.

Please be patient with us as we will be taking a three staged, step by step approach to reopening. We will be starting with one dentist and therefore have limited appointments (due to new guidelines). We aim to build up to three dentists in the coming weeks and at this point we will offer extended hours to accommodate our patients whilst adhering to our strict guidelines. We are hoping to adapt to provide a service that is safe and aims to treat all of the dental issues that have developed over the last 10 weeks of lockdown.

We will be emailing all of our patients with the new guidance prior to attending our appointments and there will be guidance posted on our website coming soon.
